The same spectacular view may be enjoyed from the borders of the swimming pool, settled in the hillside right below the panoramic terrace, while from the distance you can hear the gentle current of the river on the other side, through the wood that borders the back of the Villa. Reachable in 5 minutes from Pistoia, following an easy accessible road which ends at the estate, Villa Silvestrini is set amongst vineyards, olive groves (we produce our own fine olive oil and wine) and surrounded by mature century oak trees offering welcome shade from the sun, moreover, the deep set walls of the villa help in keeping our guests comfortable in the summer heat.
	Renting Villa Silvestrini will allow you to organize trips into the nearby mountains, towards the sea or to the most famous art cities of Tuscany. As the matter of fact Florence, Pisa, Lucca and Siena, to name but a few of the main art cities of Tuscany, are reachable in a barely one-hour drive, while the gateway to the A11 motorway Florence – Pisa is accessible in less than 15 minutes.
